Reagan’s Economic Policies
A big part of Reagan’s Economic Policy Advisory Board was Arthur B. Laffer. Laffer remains one of the world’s most respected authorities in international finance and business. Laffer came up with the idea that taxes were so high that they were actually cutting tax revenue by lowering the incentive to work. From everything I have read on the internet I have found Reagan to be a very good president, but that is just things I have read, just like what I talked about earlier with reporters being biased against republicans. I really do not remember the Reagan era at all so I can not really say what kind of a president he was, but I feel like I know a lot more about it now.
