Charles Dickens is a famous British novelist, born on Friday, February 7, 1812, in Portsea
England, to John Dickens, a clerk in the navy pay office, and Elizabeth Dickens. Charles Dickens
was the second of eight children. As a child Dickens attended school in Chatham, London.
Dickens found many of his inspirations in his own fathers library. Dickens was the author of many
