Have you ever wondered if what you were drinking was good for you? Well, I spent a great deal of time pondering over it. Hopefully the research that I've done will help you make healthier decisions on what you drink. I did my research on five different types of drinks. They are: Coca-Cola soda, Tropicana Orange Juice, Water, Milk, and Gatorade.

muscles also reduces the risk of cramping. Gatorade also delivers glucose to your brain where it helps to sustain energy. This helps the brain make quick decisions. Sweat evaporates to cool the body after the heat transfers to the skin. Gatorade helps this process happen by maintaining blood flow.
