…in my opinion it is better to give aid to the families who need the help rather than no aid is given and letting the poverty level rise. The welfare system right now is corrupted because of all the Freud that goes on in the system. I think if we keep the welfare system and reinforce it with some of the elements from the TANF fund, it will reduce the fraud in the welfare system.
