…Winston gave into the Party, but willingly. He had made a good effort to remain an individual but he decided it just wasn't worth the struggle any longer. Winston knows the truth deep down. We should learn from his example to trust our gut feelings and believe in ourselves. Winston didn't let anyone change him and neither should we.
